- Shipping lead times vary; check our Shipping Page for current estimates.
- Orders with 5 or more cabinet boxes are eligible for Standard In-Home Delivery.
- Receive email alerts once cabinets ship and are in transit. You'll get a call within 24 hours to schedule delivery.
- Expect a 4-hour delivery window the day before and a final call before arrival.
- Call for a quote for Restricted Area Home Delivery, with additional charges for special services.
- Cabinetssource.com ships promptly but is not responsible for manufacturing delays.
- Customers must inspect deliveries for completeness and sign off upon receipt.
- Report missing or damaged items promptly on delivery paperwork.
- Claims for visible or concealed damage must be reported within 15 days, with clear photos required.
- Cabinetssource.com warranties products against defects, with replacements processed upon approval.
- Prices are subject to change; various payment methods accepted except personal checks.
Returns
- There will be a 25% restocking fee for any returned cabinet. Shipping/Delivery charges will not be credited for any returns. Please request an RMA, which should be given to the driver (merchandise without an RMA will not be picked up). Cabinets must be returned in the same condition it was when it was received, and in the original packaging. We will not credit any installed cabinets or cabinets without their original box. Non-stock cabinets, custom modifications, wood hoods and counter tops (post form and self-edge) are not returnable.
Damages
- If a cabinet arrives damaged, a replacement will be issued through our Replacement Department. In order for us to send out the replacement at no charge, pictures of the damages and your CabinetsSource sales order number must be provided. If you do not have pictures of the damages, we will send the replacement/s for the full price and credit will be applied once we receive the pictures. CabinetsSource will not credit damaged cabinets after 15 days of delivery.
Exchanges
- Exchanged cabinets cannot be swapped; you will be required to pay in full. Shipping/Delivery charges will not be credited for any exchanges. Please request an RMA, which should be given to the driver (merchandise without an RMA will not be picked up). In order for us to send out the exchanged cabinets, please provide the original CabinetsSourcensales order number in addition to the cabinets needed.
